can anyone tell how long it takes for complimentary vistara membership to get added from the time sbi prime vistara card is generated via sprint.
also is it possible to use someone else's membership to get extra luggage on my ticket ?

No Only on your Vistara Membership status you would be allowed additional luggage. You can meanwhile again raise a request with SBI CC team for your concern.
