Who doesn’t love chocolate and candies? As 90’s kids, we used to get the most excited for these delicious sweet or sour treats. Some of them are available on e-commerce sites but so many of them can’t even be found now

These candies remind of everything that was sweet in our childhood, and have the dearest memories attached to them.

As the title says, which were your favourite candies/chocolates as a kid?

I’ll go first.

1. Aam Chaska
2. Choki Choki

3. Fatafat

A tempo would be selling these right outside our school everyday relieved

Not favourite, but often purchased for the low cost - orange, lemon or spicy flavoured crude lozenges that were stored in a big glass jar at local grocery store.

Cost? 10p, 20p then increased all the way to 50p. They were generally shaped according to the structure of the Paisa it was worth! Now we only see things in wrappers...

Also available were eclairs (premium), Vicks lozenges, cheap bubble gums, melody, mango bite, Percy, chatar matar, aam pachak, nutriene, etc. Then came center shock, boomer ha ha ha!

Does anyone remember Chlormint & MintO & Bonkers? Chlormint became a sensation at that time. MintO was the 1st competitor to polo at that time but it didn't survive. Bonkers was a juicy one and kind of a premium choc.

Bonkers was just @ 2/- at that time in which we used to get 5 chunks
