Buy online from those sellers who are listed as Authorised seller. Select authorised seller option in Refine.

Vinoy i contacted Lenovo cc he said paytm itself not a authorised seller. And Lenovo officially wont support most laptops bought on paytm. Thanks for your reply

Bro, I can only offer you these two steps:

(1) Cross reference the Paytm seller ratings with the reviews in this thread. Use the thread search feature.

(2) Out of the filtered good sellers from step (1), lookup their names on eBay to get a more detailed feedback and then choose the best one.

I have not bought a mobile phone from Paytm so, unfortunately for you, I can not recommend any specific seller.

Healthyu Enterprises is good seller for Protein Supplements.

I bought Muscletech Nitro tech for my brother and it was original. It came with importer stamp an all.
So can buy from him.

The Seller is a verified action products dealer. Packaging was Ok , nothing exceptional nor that I cared. Item was as described. Overall 9/10 for paytm and the seller.

Guys, i need urgent contact info of asus pune 2 seller from paytm to purchase asus laptop locally before going abroad. If anyone ordered from him, pl share details.

seller named etech on paytm is fraud. he sent parle g bicuits boxes in 2tb adata hhd packing which I had ordered. there are 230 orders for the same products by various buyers. don’t know how many people he has cheated. I have taken unpacking video and have mailed photos of everything seller sent to paytm care. let’s see when I will get refund. Damn, its really frustrating. now I will have to wait for a week for refund and another week to get delivery of my next order which I will make after getting refund. is there anyway to expedite refund process? I shall post photos on paytm Facebook account to get better traction if it helps.

Does anyone have contact details of the seller “MP TRADING”.

Also any trick to cancel the order which doesn’t offer cancellation in the account? Customer care advised me to refuse accepting the product as that is the only way to get the refund.

Sorry, should have updated status. Yes i got refund without any argument from paytm. They wanted photos of what i received. Normally i take video while unpacking so i had already sent them photos. Later had to give legal declaration. So after that got refund in 72 hrs. Happy with experience.
