The users will get a validity of 24 days, 1 GB of data, unlimited calling, and 300 SMS with this cheapest Airtel prepaid recharge plan. Also in the first 18 days, you get ul calls and 100sms per day. Also 2 GB data per day.

Bsnl changes plans for both porting and already bsnl customers frequently. So tell them to see all plans and then choose.
Don't port from a local store that deals with all carriers. Most don't do bsnl porting and those who do will charge extra or those who don't charge extra won't have any clue how bsnl works.
The best is to go to bsnl office and ask them about various plans for porting and ask for the first recharge.
Take your aadhar and porting sms they will do it in under 5mins.
It will take a day to complete the process. U can use an old carrier service till then
