Now earn diamonds on Amazon for all your shopping. Customers can earn 30 diamonds per ₹100 spent on all your shopping except for mobile phones. Maximum diamonds that can be earned per item are 750. In this article, we’ll take you through all the details of what are Amazon Diamonds, how to earn & redeem diamonds for rewards & cashback.

Amazon first launched Diamonds, a new form of reward points in India back in 2021 during its biggest Amazon Great Indian Festival Sale. Now, Amazon has relaunched the program and it will commence on April 17, 2025, from 10:00 AM. Customers can earn diamonds on all their shopping except for mobile phones & a few other items. Earned diamonds can be used to earn cashback discounts on next orders.
Right now, shoppers can earn 30 diamonds per ₹100 spent and the max limit is 750 diamonds per order. Earlier, during the initial launch Amazon was offering 20 diamonds per ₹100 spent. The program still seems to be in beta-testing phase and many users have raised complaints about not being able to see the Amazon Diamonds option in their Amazon account.

These are some ways to earn Amazon diamonds. Some of them may not be available now.

.
Diamonds are automatically applied during your next eligible purchase on Amazon.
Minimum order value for using Diamonds is ₹10
10 Diamonds = ₹1 cashback – This gets credited to your Amazon Pay Balance.
When you check out, Amazon automatically converts your available Diamonds into cashback.
Diamonds remain in a pending state until the return window for your order closes.
Once the return window is over, pending Diamonds are credited to your balance.
If you return a product where Diamonds were redeemed, those Diamonds will be reinstated to your account.
You have 365 days from the credit date to redeem your Diamonds before they expire.

You can find Amazon Diamonds on product pages as well as the Amazon Rewards section. If you are eligible to earn diamonds and are shopping for an eligible one you can see how many diamonds you’ll earn for that particular item. You can also visit the Amazon Pay Rewards section to check your Diamonds balance.
.
It might be because you are not eligible for Amazon Diamonds rewards yet. Amazon in its T&C says, “In the event you are an eligible customer to earn, use and redeem Diamonds on Amazon.in, Diamonds will appear and be indicated to you at relevant places”
.
That’s all about sharing an update on the Amazon Diamonds program. This is not the first time Amazon has teased this program. As mentioned earlier, diamond points on Amazon were first showcased back in 2021 (though the benefits differed at that time), you can read our old article for it here:
