Great news - Looks like they have completely changed Amazon fresh from all digital payments to just UPI payment 😀

All digital payment on Amazon fresh with order value above 799 does not yield cashback, Only UPI payment does. @Vrushali.S

• Transactions can include bill payments, UPI money transfers, shopping, or travel bookings

• No registration or fee required – just complete the transaction milestone to qualify

• If you are already enrolled in the program, it will display a “Welcome to Gold Rewards” banner
