Previously NICK platform comes free along with my Fiber connection, now it is asking for subscription to watch NICK content also.

It sets mandate for up to 59 or 149 for recurring payments. Cancel the mandate immediately after subscribing so that one doesn't need to do RR that Jio is looting them.

For iOS, they can't do this fraud so it's set to 29 & 89 for now.

JioCinema confirmed that:-

“Existing premium members will receive all the supplementary benefits of the 'Family' plan at no extra charge. Also, free streaming of IPL matches and other local programming and shows will continue with ads”

IPL is going to be the catalyst for JioCinema. People accessed sports via 120 million screens in India 3 years ago. This year, India will cross 500 million screens”

JioCinema has popular titles such as Succession, the Harry Potter series, and the Japanese anime series Pokemon. It also has agreements with Disney to merge India TV and streaming assets, and content partnerships with major players such as Warner Bros, Discovery, and NBCUniversal. Moreover, it has multiple TV channels via its subsidiary Viacom18.

If you opt for the JioCinema Premium Rs 29 Plan, an auto-pay mandate of upto ₹59 will be set which is its price before discount. Similarly for Rs 89 plan, it is of upto ₹149. Thus, after 1 month, JioCinema Premium will be automatically subscribed for the current month and charges will be deducted from your linked bank account. You can cancel the auto-mandate if not required, but do it before the start of next month, best to cancel instantly after purchasing the plan. Thanks to @weed for this info.
