Their service is pathetic. They don't refund money for 2 to 3 weeks even if the item is not shipped.

Indeed it has the worst service both in terms of delivery and customer support. They could not deliver within a week and now 30 minutes is a joke... somehow it resembles abki 400 par. Abki bar bas 30 minute me yar

Better to avoid Jiomart, no quality, no on time delivery and no refunds.

Jiomart sells worst of vegetables and fruits and will make you cry if you want to take refund for spoilt items.

They should really look at their fruits and veggies fulfillers. At same price better items are available in local mandi. Just that we have to go to mandi, see and buy. At least be at local shop level if not mandi.

These quick grocery concepts is nonsense in the aspect that the delivery guys rides just like maniacs on the wrong side possibly upside down, blow past signals parks haphazardously endangering others and themselves. These kinda concepts shouldn't be allowed for these specific reasons apart from product quality which is separate.

If they can manage billing within 30 mins at store that may be a great achievement for them

Many times cancelled or deplayed for me... Had to ask store manager who ensured next same will not happen...again it happened...relaince works just opposite of it name

Horrible service, they pack everything together like veggies with makeup stuff with damaged boxes. Oil cans were delivered using 2 wheeler and damaged enough that we had to replace the box. My family accepted those deliveries I would have send it back right away. Their feedback service is horrible and they won't give two hoots about service.

in delhi, in terms of delivery and packing their employees are becoming careless while packing orders, instead of packing washing powder and food items seperately, they packed everything in a big single hard plastic polythene (according to our great government its banned but still they use it because its owned by ambani, old friend of goverment), my washing powder packet was damaged and it was spilled all over food items but after lot of struggle and waiting of 3 days i got my refund, earlier they were refusing to refund for half of items, in second time they returned my whole order on their own with no specific reason which was on the way to my home from the morning, that order was already 3 days late from given delivery time period, in third time they stole my one item from packet out of three items which i ordered and same thing happened, waited for three days and got refund for that single product. seriously jiomart is becoming worst nowdays, they dont take back products easily and moreover their jio fibre is also worst.

My order was delayed many times on jio mart. I bet they can't compete with other players

How they are promising delivery on 30 mins, when they can't even deliver in normal delivery? Seller keeps cancelling orders and then ultimately blocking your account for too much cancellation  

Even now they don't provide a delivery date on Jiomart. How are they planning to deliver in 30 min?

Jiomart has stopped delivering in my town. But is delivering both the big city in between which my town is located. Funny enough I never had any issues with any of my orders. I ordered about 10-12 times before they cancelled my last order and I found they stopped servicing my pin code. Bigbasket, fresh and Flipkart grocery all still works fine but they don't deliver cheese/butter/bakery. Jiomart used to pack good from the smartbazar in the city and deliver it after travelling for at most 20 km. Amazon and other deliver from Kolkata so it's like 200 km. Bigbasket delivers bakery but not dairy.

JioMart has started its instant delivery service in 'JioMart Hyperlocal Delivery'. It promises 30 minutes delivery via the JioMart app. Thus, it will take on Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, Blinkit, BBNow (BigBasket), and other instant delivery apps. Last year, JioMart Express (90-min avg delivery) was introduced but was shut down after a few months. Making move towards Instant delivery, JioMart recently started Hyperlocal section in select areas of Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi, and some other cities.

JioMart Hyperlocal 30-mins delivery is available in 8-10 metro cities (Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Delhi, etc.) and later will expand to other cities and regions of India.

It will not have dark stores so will depend on its regular tied-up local retail stores, Reliance Smart, Reliance Fresh, and other fulfillment centers (19,000+). The best it had so far was next-day delivery based on slot timings, and now 30-mins Hyperlocal service have surpassed it.
