PVR INOX are back with its exciting Movie Pass offer, this time PAN (all cities) India (earlier South region was excluded)! It is called 'PVR INOX Passport'. It is a weekday (Monday to Thursday) Movie Subscription Pass priced at ₹349 for 1 month (save more with PVR Coupon Code). You can watch 4 movies (4 movie tickets) in a month with this PVR INOX movie pass. Thus, per movie cost comes out to ₹87, but internet handling fees (10% + GST) will apply as you can use this pass for online booking on PVR and Inox's website/app only. Earlier, this PVR INOX Movie Passport was available for ₹699 for 10 movies!
This PVR INOX monthly passport is applicable for All Movies (once only per movie) and All Shows. You can use it to buy only 1 movie ticket (except recliners) in a day. Also, note that specific Cities/Cinemas are excluded from this offer. In the PVR INOX 699 offer, South region was excluded but with PVR INOX 349 offer it is now available.
The movie ticket price should be of ₹350 or lesser to avail this PVR 349 offer. If the ticket price exceeds ₹350 then you need to pay the balance amount. Moreover, special formats like ICE, IMAX, 4DX, Playhouse, GOLD, LUXE, P[XL], Drive-In, Director's Cut, BigPix, Kiddles, MX4D, ScreenX, Insignia, etc are barred from this offer. However, you can upgrade to these by paying ₹150 extra per movie. Additionally, seat can be upgraded to recliner at ₹150.
You can also buy a 3 Month PVR INOX passport for ₹1047 for 12 movie tickets. The per month price comes down to same ₹349, but you get Free Food & Beverage Vouchers worth ₹350 (7 vouchers of ₹50 each) which makes it a good deal! Other T&Cs are the same as of PVR INOX 349 offer.
PVR INOX says that they will be selling only 50,000 passes for now on a first-cum-first-serve basis. Around 10 months back, PVR came with a similar movie pass at ₹1500 for 3 months so this time it is not locking people for long which is good as newbies can try for a month! Besides, you need to approve autopay for 3 months so if you want only for a month then delete autopay request or click on 'Unsubscribe' after purchase.
PVR INOX has given multiple reasons for launching this budget movie pass offer for enthusiasts on a monthly and quarterly basis. Firstly, they believe that larger-than-life movies like Animal, Jawan, Salaar, Leo, KGF, etc are audiences 1st preference to watch in theaters. What this does is leaves other small-budget or unpopular movies (15 such movies get released every week) untouched which is bad as these movies have the worth to impact people’s lives. Next is the low-budget which doesn’t allow movie buffs to explore all. Finally, it will be highly beneficial for students, housewives, and senior-citizens.

If you want to buy multiple tickets for the entire family then you can use this pass but only 1 ticket will be redeemed against it. The INOX PVR ₹349 Movie offer looks good but due to various T&Cs many might find it unfavorable. However, solo movie goers who watch frequently on weekdays have a plenty to cheer about especially in Metro cities where ticket prices skyrocket after the afternoon shows!

BookMyShow had a much better pass system before COVID-19. It was something like ₹100 for ₹75 off on 3 movies a month (net savings of 3x75-100 = ₹125). No restrictions on timings or seating. It worked even with gift vouchers as payment.

Its really bad. I bought the PVR passport. There is no option to cancel the movie booking. Called customer service and they are not helping as well.
If you calculate, its will turn out to be waste of money only.
