Amazon was the best marketplace since its inception but now its loosing its space
Customer support WAS best one
But nowadays their service is not upto the mark
Price of the items would be on higher side
Delivery team is one of the worst in the country
They will update false tracking details
They may reject the return pick up if you ask them to come next day but they might reschedule the return pick up for infinite times

amazon has a wild range of products but they take too much time to deliver our product so please improve this service. I ordered a product ( haldiram namkeen) in 3 september but its not delivered yet its showing that it is on the way but its 2 month but not delivered yet. So beware!!!!

Worst delivery system ATS and frauds working as delivery boys. I ordered 8 items and I received only 7.And just like that Amazon ignored my complaint and claim. Fraudulent company. Don’t trust this. They never solve if you face any issue.
