Have been a buyer on amazon for a long time but recently, i received 2 back to back fake products! One is a Himalaya anti hair shampoo 700 ml, thanks to which my hairfall increased 😢 The most recent one is Garneir conditioner 175 ml, which i compared to the previous bottle i bought 4m local store and it is completely fake! It's been n number of times that I have faced such issues. Completely my mistake that even then I tried orders the products but now I am done. I am writing this only to make people aware of the fraud mechanisms they use to grab customers attention and compel us to buy products from them even if we do not wish to. It seems Amazon is allowing all kinds of sellers who are fraud and ready to cheat customers at all cost. Recently I ordered Refurbished phone for which I paid and order was confirmed. Very bad support - staff of amazon in as their staff don't read the email just send your saved reply formats they have. Its almost 15 days I am following up with them on email asking them that I am not getting OTP and also have called them 5 times or more but no solution yet.
