Booked cloths and received diffrent product. At the time of return pickup courier (Delivery) demanded for original booked product. I told them that this return is for product received diffrent then what was ordered. but they refuse to pickup. view more

I am very disappointed with yours staff. Last Sunday I came yours AJC Bose brand factory stores with my child. And there is one staff who stand in front of Umbro section. He made ta tobacco on the floor and some claps. That time I am passing that area and I saw him. He wear a white t-shirt and jeans. And there is a one staff I ask him what's name his who made a tobacco,he said ALOKE. This is your calture ? Staff are made tobacco on floor. i am very disappointed. kind of chip minded staff. view more

Had ordered product online of which delivered wrong item .placed a return pickup for them 1 month ago. I got picked but refund is not happening. Already more than month completed but still haven't received the refund.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FRUAD COMPANY ONLINE. view more

I am purchasing from Brand Factory from many years but this yr after lockdown they kept some offers and gifted a coupon...buy MRP 4999 pay 1500 but we have to buy exact 4999 otherwise it will not applicable and staff at counters are very rude and disrespectful very slow and for many items tags are not available.... anyway i decided not to visit again to Brand Factory...only its a business tactics keeping offers and saying not applicable after wasting hrs for section and in counter they ruined... view more
