I have ordered 3 items from cilory. As i don't like material of pant and top size is too small. So wanted to return both items. 1. They don't have exchange policy 2. They don't have option of direct return. 3 chat with us option. 

He asked me about order no/phone no/registered email address. I gave him details one by one. With in 1 min he generated only one item return complain. Now he is saying he can not generate return complain for another items.

Never expected such bad elastic used in grunt which I received yesterday..I made a complaint about it but they say it's not returnable..when the product quality is so bad hiw can they say all this.very sub standard product.Whosoever want to buy from this useless company most avoid buying online,it's losing money fir no fault of ours.This company shud be blacklisted so that no innocent customer gets fleeced.Very much disheartened with their behaviour..

<p>I had ordered for a P cap. The godforsaken company 's advertisement said that the said Cap costs more than 1000 and these rascals are offering it for 399. Just now I received. The colour is different; the tightening flap in back came off the moment I wore. I had read a number of reviews previously about this company and every review said that it was a fake one. Horrible return policy I just loose my 4200 rupees 

When i returned my order they deny to return my money and said that i sent them incomplete product which is not true And after that they resent the product in very bad condition

<p>I had placed an order of 5 items on 15th june on cilory.com and received only 2 of them on 17th evening. I immediately contacted their customer service team and spoke to Mr Shaurya, who assured that he will look into it and revert. When i didn't receive any call from their side, i contacted them myself and spoke to Mr. Sagar today morning.
