I've ordered rhytmix lipsticks pack but got different products was tensed because the product has no return policy .so I've called flipkart customer service executive and stated that I've received wrong product and it has no return policy.the executive told me not to worry. Even reputed sellers,especially in fashion, will give wrong product intentionally twice, so replacement policy by flipkart will say replace is only once possible and allowed,have refund on second time. And they won't refund shipping charges. So customer gets nothing and pays shipping. view more
