<p>After their big billion day, i guess they have banned a billion accounts without even informing users that their account is banned or any sort of information. Nor even their customer support team have any knowledge about it and whenever you talk to them regarding why your order has been cancelled they give reasons from their own assumptions. Recently i bought Asus Zenfone 4 from Flipkart. They are misrepresenting the phone on website. Websites quotes “12 hours 3g talktime”. Whilst on ground of reality it don’t last more than 3 hours. There is big problem of battery drain with this mobile. I requested the return eight days ago and just got a reference mail from the Customer Care. No Resolution. Bye Bye Flipkart.
Chance of future Purchase: I was searching for zero star.

purchased an item which gonna to deliver in 15 days. but after 13 days fk cc said me to re-order the product. cant deliver at your address..wtf…it was just 20 km away from my town when they said no to deliver the product.. Just hellish experience

<p>Recently i purchased a lens (Tamron 70-300) for my Nikon d5100 dslr, now i had two lenses <span class="caps">KIT</span> 18-55 and 70-300. As all of you know <span class="caps">DSLR</span> bag by Nikon is worst for outing. <p>Flipkart offers the worst customer service and even the quality of the products sold are bad..</p> <p>My personal experience, i bought wedges from a seller on flipkart who had a good rating. I wore it twice and the shoe has started to come off the heel. <p>Don’t ever rely on this company and their courier company partner EKart.
