Though few have bad reviews on flipkart i had made around 10 purchases in the past 1 year in which there is no delay in response. Products working great still and there is no complaints either with the product,its shipping Prompt shipping and easy to use site and 10% cashback credited on times makes flipkart the best store available online. I had bought a Google Nexus 2012 Tablet from Flipkart, which turned out to be defective, I Called them up at around 11pm in the night (surprised ?? even i was, they have a 24 hour customer support) a tkt was immediately raised and a pickup arranged, they guy who came for pickup, also was carrying a replacement Tablet, so in 2 days I had the replacement Tablet in my hand.
