<p>Unreliable and misguided service- Stressful experience</p> <p>I book international flight from Delhi to Johannesburg for two people and it didnt get confirmed at the same time. So I waited for few hours and received one email that ur booking didn’t go through with 2nd leg as airline is not operating the same. <p>Goibibo is the worst site, I have came across. Please don’t believe it guy’s, they are just concerned about the money. These bastard’s are just to make money. It’s not at all customer centric company. Even if you try there customer service, they won’t respond. They make you wait for long hours and never turn up with solution. the Customer support very responsive and helping . return and refund policy

<p>I booked a hotel in Pondicherry for 2 nights(Refundable, Goibibo Booking Id: HTLRYB4SNJ). But my plans changed and so I cancelled 1 night.</p> <p>Goibibo confirmed refund of Rs.2706 on 26-Sep-2017(Proof: I have mail). But they lied. <p>I have booked ticket in Shameem travels from Bangalore to Hyderabad on Sept 16th, 2013 for travel on 31st October 2013 with boarding point as Hebbal. The departure time mentioned was 10.15pm. I started from my place at 8pm and reached boarding point by 9.45pm. The bus did turn up till 10.25pm and gave call to the operator of Shameem travels.
