<p>&lt;b&gt;Sometimes they never confirm your booking with the hotel&lt;/b&gt;</p> <p>Ok so we had booked grand Hyatt Goa hotel from Goibibo website and paid more than rs 1 lakh so apparently just 3 hrs before our check-in we called up the hotel and asked them whether we could get a early check in or no and guess what? I searched hotel in Kanyakumari and booked room and paid but when we reached kanyakumari found that hotel was 20km away from this city we called hotel for cancellations they refused to do said contact Goubibo called on customer care after auto answearing call cut chaecked on website and on app there was no option for cancellation and refund i suggest all indian never take any service from Goubibo this is fraud company.

I booked the bus using this company's app, they have taken advance payment , provided me with e - ticket, PNR no and all. On the day of traveling, I got the bus no. And driver no of Hans Travels, but at the bus stop, the bus staff denied for the booking telling that we don't have any information regarding your booking and our bus is fully occupied. Hello, I had booked my flight tickets from Goibibo website on 18th Dec 2019 for Mumbai to HYD on 20th Dec’2019 and HYD to Mumbai on 21st Dec’ 2019 but due to family emergency I had requested customer care to reschedule my flight to next week. They have given me same fare estimate to reschedule flights which I already paid 9500 INR and when I asked for cancellation they refund me only 1700 INR which is totally unfair. Had a bad experience recently when I was deneid excess to International flight at Dubai airport inspite of a prepaid & confirmed ticket and added reservation for wheel chair. Had got stuck in Dubai for two days then managed back home journey on new tickets. There is no proper communication number or person where such things can be followed up. Goibibo Cheated Me with their poor technology site. I regret loosing money in booking from GOIBIBO website. It lacks transparency and site has poor technology which will trap you in booking a wrong date. I searched for 10 Aug and i booked the flight after seeing lowest fare.
