Starting from First there is no PIN required for offline transaction but after 1 year they changed to PIN compulsory for Offline Transactions ! My Wallet is made Inactive due to Minimum KYC Expired ! So total fault is of ICICI Bank Itself ! So my balance in wallet already blocked by them ! All payments via this wallet are failing!!! The in-app help is turned off!!! The facility for money transfer is blocked!!! And this is for a KYC completed account!!! ICICI seems to be going the Lehman brothers way!!!

The wallet by ICICI bank ir more or less offer free .They just create the wallet as they just want to show
