<p>I purchased an inner garment from Myntra . They sent a defective product. Since this is an inner garment , no return or replacement available. After a long fight with them, they made a partial refund. It is very unfortunate, customers are penalizing for the mistake of their sellers. Hate Myntra now. Useless customer service. My parcel deliver is getting delay it supposed to delivered on 16 May however still not received even for today there is no response. Enable to connect with customer care also the delivered partner is not answering.

Guys don't buy anything from Myntra poor service and very bad experience. Not recommend at all.

Worst customer service ever received from Myntra staff last spoken to Daniskh and worst agent how don’t now what need to be done just need to take follow up from our side for our money back or for to get a correct product which was wrongly delivered by them there is no zero rating else given them zero rating worst customer service .

<p>I ordered a cottinfab Black embroidery A line dress worth 1000/-. It was delayed delivery and delivery man mentioned order load. Later I received a product that was tempered and product inside was different product and had no tags. It seems it was stolen by someone on the way and was swapped with bad cloth inside the bad with the help of cuts in it. Now after so many complains myntra is not accepting the returns.
