Thats how they work, they will give wrong phone numbers to delivery agents, the delivery guy comes, ofcourse OTP sent to that wrong phone number, no handover of your stuffs, they go back. And then the story starts, you keep mailing them, on email, Instagram etc. No response, no calls nothing.

First and last buy, mouth of words will be spreading about their fraudulent activities. My side will try convincing people I know around NOT TO BUY FROM THEM. LESSON LEARNED

ByI ordered a few dresses for my daughter but it never got delivered.. No reply to my emails n no ans to my calls.AL they did was took my money..never buy anything from there.

I purchased in online store of nautinati, other than confirming my order and taking my payment. They have not responded to my calls nor responded to my emails. Worst customer service ever, I have lost hope on my order and the money I payed. Please don’t ever place a online order with them.
