    I’ve had horrible experiences with next.co.in

    They have not yet refunded my 99/- and 259/- for products which I’ve ordered but they failed to ship as they were out of stock or something And this happened approx 1.5 yrs back. Customer care is pathetic.

    1 star is the least rating I could give. Had there been an option to give zero stars, I would’ve given it.
