Good things:
1. You can pay rent of your owner with credit card also.
2. You can find properties without broker. So you save on hefty brokerage amount.

Cons
1. Earlier they provided rent pay facility for free but now a days they are charging 1%.
2. Properties are very less on this platform and they also charge 999 rs for basic plan to view 25 properties.
