    The take prepaid order don't deliver them then update as delivered.

    Then you reach out to them and they say we are investigating even i have mentioned the details of delivery partner shared by purplle supply chain partner still they are unable to investigate the shipment.

    Customer support executive just keeps on mentioning the repeated statement without providing solutions and understanding the details.

    Stealing money, fake company

    You purple service team guys are utterly bastards and so your CEO, Taneja. Recieved unsealed products n return was not accepted.

    Thanks for making this an epic experience of fraudulent ecomm services. This was definitely my first and last order with the asshole team purplle.

    never gonna buy again anything from purplle after my first order with them.

    I received unsealed items and no co-operation to return it.

    they are bastards asking for the product pics again and again even after I uploaded the pics along with the product barcode and the pics from all the possible angles. They just intent to linger on and not provide any return refund for the faulty product.

    Plz never, never, never avail services of these bunch of purplle idiots.

    PURPLE IS A FRAUD. DON'T BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM THERE. it was my first order and i ordered buds & berries body lotions. when i applied on my skin. the cream get absorbed into skin and something stick remained on my skin . when i rubbed it get removed just like glue. They used to deliver fake products. Strictly prohibiting not to buy any skin care as it can harm your skin.

    Don't get trapped....they just grab your money and don't even have exchange  policy in case you dont like tbe product...I lost my Rs. 679 to this website.

    THE WORST COMPANY EVER. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, trust me. Do not. You will regret it instantly. The worst customer experience ever. They will take your money, never give a refund, never give the right product. Just don’t waste your time.m

    I have placed my first order from Purplle.com and it turned out to be a nightmare. I have received leaked and damaged products as I ordered Livon Serum and Maybelline superstay matt ink. On raising a return request on the same very day. They have said that I will receive my refund. The returned products were picked on 06/Feb'21 and till date the customer service executive is saying to wait for another 3 working days.     I tried purple site first time to purchase cosmetic before that I was a loyal customer of Nykaa. But I received leaked products and the return policy is really bad I filled return 3 time on site and 2 times on call but for no reason they keep on rejecting the same inspite of the attached picture of the product leaking from the cover they rejected the order.
