<p>Never buy any bed sheets/clothes from shopclues</p> <p>Bought a bed sheet and that was entirely different from the picture. Also a damaged one</p> <p>Later bought a jeans. This time they send me one which was returned by somebody else. Because I got a piece of paper from its pocket which has something written over it.</p> <p>Complained to them. <p>i bought a product on 15th Feb’14, and it was under seller warranty for 3months.<br> the product got faulty after 59days, and on writing to shopclues customer care, they said it’s 90 days passed, thus you cannot get the replacements, so i gave my all account details to them by copy pasting their own web pages of my account, to prove that it’s only 59 days when i wrote to you about the faulty product, as that day was 68th day from the day i placed the order.<br> now am waiting for them to c... view more

Low quality cheap chinese products over there. Sellers sells on the shopclues platform and shopclues team even dont know what is being sold on their website. This site is just commission seeker and sellers sell fake counterfieted products on the name of big brands. Jabong.com and homeshop18 are best online markets which ensures quality.

their return policy is very bad, once we have purchased we are booked , we are unable to return the product, they will tell their policy is like that, i have asked for a exchange also , but they told that they cant. So beaware, every site has to be like flipkart in dealing with customers.
