<p>Placed an order for a men’s Timex Watch from Watchkart on 01 Nov 2013. The payment showed as success but was not charged to the card. On receiving a call – made immediate payment from Netbanking, which was deducted immediately. However, the order status was “Pending” even after this. Informed Customer Support and provided them the screenshot of the payment from the account. They updated the payment as successful on 02 Nov 2013.
