Hi, I had ordered few products from Zivame on 26th december 2019 and 29th december 2019 however i have received all the products on same day that is 29th december. not eligible for 1 star also. first time very bad experience of online shopping. they keep changing shipping date for next date once ordered but never happened. they are not refunding money. this is fake website. view more

I want to share my experience of buying from zivame. They take the money in advance and deliver only part of the package. First time also they send only 1 short and missed the T-shirt. Last week I placed order for 2 pair of top and shorts and 1 short nightie. They delivered only 1 part of top and shorts, 1 short nightie and for the second pair they sent just the T-shirt. Zivame has totally changed the way I buy lingerie and I love it. To say the least, I no longer feel awkward while buying it because I can shop for it online. Also, most offline lingerie retailers only stock a limited range of lingerie from limited number of brands, but online, I get access to the entire range of all the different lingerie brands that are in the market.
