You bugger, you were the first one to contact cc and tell me cashback was not available on Woohoo cards thus pushing me into a hell of a bottomless well. I wasted two days in making those idiots do something about the confusion. FY!

I need some help. I would like to buy the 10K denomination Youfirst Card. I dont see the HDFC bank offer banner on the APP, but its there on website. Normally for offers like these, I take screenshots and keep for reference. I am confused if the offer is there on the Gift card. Also, for debit card, is the Cashback instant or will be posted by jan 17?

How did you activated? via email or sms? How much time it took for activation? I have sent an email. So far no response.

Usually they are very fast in activation,,I gave request yesterday,,the card got activated today morning,,after that till now,not credited with the respective amount,,anybody facing issue today.
