Amazonn is saving a lot on delivery..u cant blame them , they are. Providing free delivery above 450.. Gati is not that bad except that they are lazy ..basicaly they are surface cargo..and thus work like one :p

At my place they deliver via speed post. Ah!!

Gati is like necessay evil..as it is best when it comes to surface cargo..it cover most of the india

R1. placed Cod order and the delivery agent called told i cant deliver but now showing Delivered but i did not got it
R2. placed another order and got an sms it will be delivered today but no one called and now saying the address was not accessible

ATS is worse than Gati in Pondicherry. Hope you agree with me. It is run by a rogue woman. All the delivery boys cry whenever I enquire about the serious lags in their service. They are very poorly paid and heavily burdened with work. Most of them leave the job in a very few months for the same reason. Just a week back, one of them told me that he had delivered more than a hundred packages covering a very large area on many occasions. It seems she bribes the Amazon officials who visit for inspection, to maintain the status quo. I was really shocked to hear that this could happen in a non-governmental organisation. My repeated mails and calls to Amazon have all been in vain. No improvement even after a year. Just heard that they have opened a new warehouse (at Moolakulam, the first one being at Anna Nagar) the charges of which have been given to this woman’s brother himself. But there is no new workforce, it has only been taken from the previously existing one. You can have an idea of the amount of bribery playing behind all this.
On top of all that, Amazon keeps turning a deaf ear to my repeated complaints. Pathetic!

Why don’t some of these guys just record the atrocities on phone & then post it to Amazon. If Amazon doesn’t take stern actions such culprits they, the delivery boys, should just post it on the internet & see Amazon begging as a result.

Agree with your words. Last week i complained more than 10 times regarding wrong update in delivery status. Without attempting delivery updated status as person not available. No action taken.

I told them to register a formal complaint with the Labour Commissioner of the town. But, as you know about our people, they never get together to fight against evil. They tolerate it as long as it is possible and then quit the job. The hub receives around 600 packages in a day but have only 10 delivery agents. The delivery area has a radius of 20-25km. Just imagine the burden! Poor fellows almost die every day in the heat to get a paltry sum of money at the end of the month.

Earlier amazon deliver to my city by speed post within 4 days.But now they shifted to GATI and they take minimum 20 days. They update wrong delivery status. The best would be Ecom and Delhivery for amazon to adapt.

My previous order Maxima Rs99 watch was delivered successfully by Gati today in 5 days!

Same here bro, they called me in a row for two days that your delivery is scheduled for today. But no one came to my house. After that, GATI cc called me either to collect the parcel from their office or they are returning it. I told her that let me talk to amazon first and after half an hour i’ll let you know. When i called back she said that she returned the package. Also the talking sense was very rude.

GATI is among worst couriers I ever experienced I dont understand why amazon is not bothered about their customer’s inconvenience
They should immediately stop shipping through GATI courier
