[Beware] Ebay Fraud Seller -Gizmotree [Now dealzown]

He broke the rules of this forum by creating fake id’s. Gizmotree should also be suspended then?

This thread is going nowhere. better seller and buyer should discuss with each other and settle the issue.

To sum it up.
For buyers avoid ebay for high value products.

For sellers sell to website instead of selling to customer .
or use a agent/ service which can be relied upon by both seller and buyer.

bottomline ebay needs to rethink its strategy to iron out such issues

Bro, sorry to say buy u missed the whole point here. V weren’t talking about all the sellers. V were talking about a SINGLE PERSON, a bad seller who had an intention to cheat n gain a double payment. I dont understand y u cant c dis. U r believing someone who says dat Fake which were created in Past r created by the MOD now. For me he z a Liar. Do you think even Tanuj wont buy a high priced product in ebay again? I guess he would but will try to avoid fraud sellers like this dis.

Hmm I try to think about things without prejudices.
When I read the thread in beginning it was clear that buyer RDX aka tanuj was the sufferer. He should have received his money back at the earliest.
When I read explanation of gizmotree aka dhruv I realized picture has two sides and they should be combined together to see the full picture.
Hence my opinion and advice to seller to sort out the issue with the buyer with peace of mind and patience.
I can keep myself in shoes of seller and buyer both to see what they must have undergone hence I have equal sympathy with both.
add to it I have bad experiences with many good sites but over a period of time I came to realize it is not always necessary to find a scapegoat to blame sometimes circumstances get like that and one has to suffer for no fault of their own.
Hope that helps explain my stance.

Sorry I do not see anyone as dog or child. I see them as humans and matured ones as well.

100% agreed!!! what seller should have done is to end matter – he should have accepted his part of mistake
1. not taking call,
2. submitting POD even after buyer saying he didn’t receive the product
3. rerouting the product and still not doing followup causing inconvenience to buyer

but seller don’t want to assume any responsibility and wants to play blame game.

As he provided False POD even he z sure dat seller wont receive da product n its rerouted personally him. This is only reason dat dimers r hating. Not because of a cancelled order. There were many orders cancellations for many of us but v dont em fraud.

Yes that would have been an ideal situation. but given the situation explained by seller I have little doubt about his intentions.
Sometimes things go the wrong way buddy and it still might not be anybodies fault. That is what I intended to say.
