Yes, U r absolutely right …Ebay themselves told that Seller already got the money and now they have to talk to his account officer (don’t know much who is that) to get that money back

So why would ebay pay you from their pocket?

I said that ebay won’t take action because i can still see that he is still selling products and even Ebay didn’t responded about my query of Ac blocked, Coupon and Action on seller .

I got this mail from them…Nothing Much mentioned about other things

I got a call from Ebay. I reasoned that we would not allow even one member of our community to suffer.

Though they agreed, but still since there was no shortfall in my order fulfillment, they said that they shall have to remove the negative feedback.

Bro, Akosha peoples have said to me that they have sent a Final mail to Ebay that i wanted them to take some serious action against seller, i wanted to re-activate my ac and also the 10% Coupon.

If Ebay will agree on this than Akosha will close the matter but if they don’t than only one option left for me i.e. take this matter to Court…and for that Akosha will provide all the necessary documents that i have to sign and get them submit in Consumer Court.

And this is the 3rd time (of course paid) but this time i have done more work (getting POD and all) as compared to them.The main benefit i got is that ebay replied to the mails that i sent to them from Akosha’s channel .
Akosha people said that they will help me out on this till the end and will also guide me about all legal things.The only thing is that they will take ur matter on priority only if u will take premium package (paid service) that i think is not wrong . They even helped people to get the money back within in a week from Timtara.
So, i will recommend them if u think that u can’t get the solution of ur query on ur own.

Getting involvement of dispute resolving agents like Akosha do help in dealing such messed cases, which else would be difficult. Congrats again for getting back your money after so many troubles.

just take the matter into court of law because you have suffered not only of monetary loss but also of mental stress that badly affected your perfomance in ur profession and ur personal and family life

you will get compensation if you can prove this affected you badly

But if u have more than one case, than they offer other big plans also

refund has to come today or later but the main thing is that the courier with fake sign can continue this things if successful once and same for the seller.

small things like losing courier, delayed delivery r ok but faking sign/delivery has big impact on all also.

I read 1 article last year of a retired judge who had to fight 4 years for refund from travel agent. Did he got Justice !
