Seller is A fraud as pointed out by RDX Bhai – Do Not Buy

You just have to open a Ebay Guarantee Claim with ebay, they can’t close the case till they speak with you.
The case is honored even if your Ebay id is Active/Inactive/Blocked.
Don’t worry , you will get your money back.

RDX bro, hope you get your money back and such sellers should be banned from every online platform…I think ebay needs to look hard at its business model, as it seems to have little control over the tricks played by the sellers…
frnds need ur help here. Yesterday I purchased http://www.ebay.in/itm/Brand-New-Samsung-Galaxy… for 9000/- using 9000/-. This seller had 9 feedbacks of 100%. He listed many products like samsung note/s2/s3 but now all the listing have gone. Earlier he was not picking the calls and now his no. is out of reach. He has not shipped the product yet. What to do in such situation?
I think we should all send a message to this loser in ebay with a link to this thread

RDX Bhai, have you checked with the local courier office, do they claim they have sent POD, if yes then you can simply lodge a complaint at local police station against the courier company for forging your signature and cheating..and if the local courier office has no record of the delivery then you can use their statement in your case against the seller on ebay.

yup u r right. maybe possible that courier company might be included in this jhol. coz just week ago a bit similar case happened with me. i ordered watch worth 600rs. fedex people called me and told me that shud they send me my parcel. nd then told me that i have to pay octroi charge of 400-500rs. i told them how cud this b possible. 600rs watch and 500rs octroi. they told no sir u have mobile phone parcel.
so later on theykept my parcel on hold. then next day send me watch.
this need FIR so who all involved in forging signature and forging rerouting delivery will get …..

And yea, it’s true the claim guys are really bad in communication, they seldom call you.

I got the original Pod from Fedex peoples after so much arguing from them…I gave that POD to Akosha and Ebay on the behalf of that they have initiated My refund .
But still Ebay is not showing any interest in taking any action on Seller
Akosha Asked me that if i m ready to go Legally against seller and Ebay.I agreed on that.

Bro, i can’t give negative feedback because Ebay has blocked My ac.
But Ebay now just wanted to close this matter as they have initiated my refund , But they don’t want to take any action against seller because they r equally responsible for what all happened to me.
