This account has been created to clarify few facts and allegations made by a member RDX on the seller gizmotree.
THE DEAL
The member RDX ( who is the moderator) purchased the item Canon EOS 550D from ebay.in under the buyer name tanuj07150 from gizmotree. Upon the payment confirmation from the ebay the item was to be delivered at an address in Rohtak.
THE DOUBT
We ship our items primarily by Fedex as it is pretty trustworthy and safe in regards of product handling and delivering. Where fedex is not available we ship it by dtdc as it is usually not that professional in handling the items and there were cases of breakage or items being lost by them. Buyer called up and also messaged through ebay that do not send by fedex but by dtdc.
DTDC having a poor tracking and reliability , we didnt opted for and went for fedex priority with intransit damage insurance and priority overnight service.
My point is that being fedex available locally and knowing its the best service buyer insisits on a lower grade service. Why? I have the screenshots showing buyer insisting on dtdc.
THE TRANSACTIONS TWIST
After sending the item by fedex priority to the registered delivery address of buyer we receive an email from ebay post 2 days of dispatch stating to do not ship the buyer as he is suspicious and the payment notification received is fake ( screenshot attached for mail received from ebay) Ebay confirmed that the payment confirmation message was fake and the buyer is a spoof. Please Note: Till this point we had no idea about the buyer and shipped item in 24 hours in good faith to the address mentioned by him. The buyer is suspended from ebay.
THE Proof Of Delivery (POD)
When ebay sent mail to halt shipment we immediately called fedex to re route the shipment and put up a request. Fedex confirmed that since item is in transit it is not guaranteed that whether the item shall be re routed or not. You can confirm with fedex @ 1800 209 6161. However we requested to if possible re route the shipment.
A day later the buyer raises a claim of item not received, upon which when checked @ fedex tracking it says delivered in ROHTAK (buyer’s delivery location), upon telephonic confirmation from fedex it was told to be delivered at Rohtak.
In this thread couple of times it is said that the POD provided by me was fake. I request any member to please log in to fedex.com/in and track the awb number so provided in the thread and can view or download a copy of POD for himself. I provided ebay the POD Copy from fedex website only and not my self generated.
Fedex is not a small time company that the fake POD can be generated and anyone can view the details on their website, this is the reason we insisted on Fedex for transparency and buyer didnt. Dont know why?
AFTERWARDS
We sent a request to fedex to tell us the exact location where the item was delivered whether rohtak or not but they were not unable to trace so as the POD was conflicting with 2 locations. After due consideration with ebay we requested them to refund the buyer the amount if any which was paid and it was done. We cooperated at every stage , but there was not even an amount of cooperation from buyer’s end rather was continously in a manner of fighting , arguing.
THE REVENGE
Just to update After this transaction, one of the members ( friend of moderator) bought another item from me for a Philips 24" led tv model no. 24PFL4555 from me at an address in noida. The item was shipped the same day and delivered within 48 hours as confirmed by the buyer. But still he left a negative feedback just on the buyer’s request and wanted to take a revenge. Another post for this above led model is in this forum discussing whether they should buy from me or not, also in the same thread the member who bought the tv from me is consulting RDX whether to remove the negative feedback or not, even when he is completely satisfied with the deal. Are we using Desidime for personal enemity?
A REQUEST
Every member is only seeing one point of view in the whole thread. If anyone could had looked from my end too would had understood the situation. If there was any wrong intention or motive then would had never shipped the item so promptly and to the address as given by the buyer.
Also everyone is talking about just 1 this transaction which didnt went well, apart from that no one sees the number of positive transaction which occured and the feedback received , also the number of buyers satisfied.
I request you all to please understand that my only point of posting this explanation is to make members aware about the complete story and not just the part of it.
This community is for knowing the facts and figures and not the manipulations.
I am surprised to see that the moderator of such a high position is using his position wrongfully to deceive other members and hiding the facts from them.
I also know that this post of mine would very soon be deleted as I am challenging the moderator to be honest and truthful and bringing the true story in front of everyone still i will post this willfully and would like to see whether this forum is in actual non bias and transparent or is it just governed by few people who direct their thoughts on others.
In case any member feels that what i have said is wrong and shouldn’t had been said I am sorry for that and if you want to clarify any point or any kind of statement please contact me.

Ok let me trust you for a moment. But I just have a query that if you are so “genuine” then why have you changed (and still changing) your eBay IDs that many times!!!!

Dhruv.tandon24 – inititally my personal id which was changed to ibuy.india when i into selling.
sale4india – As the account manager on ebay insisted that the id is not relevant to selling and i need to create somewhat sale related id so had to go for sale4india.
dteez- This id conflicted to the website , which was against ebay norms and i was being warned for suspension if i continue with the id.
Gizmotree → Dealzown-Was merely as new financial partners merged into the venture and resulted for the id change.
Also i would like to point that any ebay member at any time can view the id history and nothing is hidden from them. Also i might have changed my id but at the end the feedback stays in front of everyone and never changes. Hope this is helpful.

Man, you just have wrote an absolutely correct quote “By changing id you cannot change yourself” exactly the same I believe about you.
And one more thing don’t bring your so called positive feedback again and again in front of us. Because if you dont know then check your feedback yourself again. You have got some percentage of negative feedback also.
Now look, everyone knows that no one can cheat someone every time. So, ‘agar mauka mile to chauka laga dene mein expert lagte ho aap’.
And about ‘Platinum’ matter, I’ve heard from some seller fellas that they’re also getting such same response from eBay even after very less sales and feedback. Because finally, eBay management will obviously think about profit of themselves also.

Guys, we are having so many sellers on eBay to whom we can definitely trust. I would recommend all the real dimers not to go for this seller even after having heard so many things about him and imo you must ignore to buy from him. Why one should take the unnecessary risk? Because we all know who is the “RDX” of desidime. At least, we should respect him and not such Untrusted Sellers.

According to you i have cheated your moderator. That sounds 1 case against 1300 postive feedback. Isnt it too much of a count according to your parameters???
I guess you are not much informative about the slabs and the working of ebay powerseller program. For your information there are some slabs in powerseller and platinum level being the top most. If it was that an easy task to become a powerseller that too platinum level i invite you to please become one and see how simple it is or not?
As again your are imposing(requesting) to not buy from me , but let me tell you. If i am satisfying my clients to a 99% level i will satisfy them till it reaches 100%. With just one case you make an impression , i really doubt how you judge the sellers. On 1 case that went wrong or on the 1000+ cases which went fine.
Really surprised to see the way of analysis you do…feeling it as its 1 against 1000 fighting for the truth and the facts.

So, like you, I have a similar point. Inspite of DTDC being more comfortable for the buyer, you still decided to use an expensive courier service. Why? Even DTDC provides intransit insurance! If the buyer emails you a courier-preference then what is wrong in that? WHERE IS ‘THE DOUBT’?

No sir, you DID NOT ship in 24 hours. The transaction was done on 27th June and you dispatched it on 3rd July. 27th June to 3rd July is 24 hours?

Buyer raised item not received claim and still you were so sure that the camera has been delivered to Rohtak and not Bangalore (despite re-routing being visible on the website) that you decided to submit a PoD to ebay and pocket money from both buyers (Bangalore as well as Rohtak). No, we are using Desidime to improve our shopping experiences. This includes sharing our experiences and helping dimers who have been cheated by sellers/online portals.

OK Now So here we go again by ignoring the facts and going by the words…
The product was returned back to me after a month’s time. So practically it didnt deliver to anywhere else.
RDX says he paid for product, i say he paid for product but the screenshot posted above received from ebay tell something else and once again i am not receiving the payment directly, ebay gets the payment and forwards it to us only after order is completed, till then my item and money is blocked until customers gets it. Hope you must be aware about it. Also if you are much aware about the complete thing please also tell me why the account was suspended and why ebay sent the mail to me for the suspicious buyer and fake payment>??? can you answer that
The POD is provided by fedex and not by me. Again attaching the proof of delivery for your reference and even you can download from fedex’s website. I cannot generata a POD of my own. so please go by the facts. you can right now too login fedex.com/in to check the pod and fedex is not my company so i can generate fake POD, so please atleast trust them. If their is a mistake i do not think i should be penalized for that.

DTDC has received almost 5 times of transit damages and lost cases than Fedex. The tracking system of DTDC is not at all reliable. I guess you can search for reviews of DTDC on google to understand whether DTDC is better or Fedex. Buyer preference is considered where actually the problem persists and not in a major city like ROhtak i guess. Please bring me the cases in Rohtak only where DTDC does better job than Fedex. i doubt you will even get 1. Its not about comfort but about the safety of product. Using priority service decreases the chance of breakage or lost item. So hope this clarifies. Had it been remote location where fedex isnt available it could been understood.

Yes because the payment processing took 3 days from ebay’s side and order was confirmed on 1st july evening. So its shipped on 3rd July and technically its correct.

And again you manipulating with the words , the mail is received from ebay again after order is successfully completed which is 3rd july and is 2 days from the ORDER and reroute request was put up on 4th july. It is not rerouted to any consignee but to fedex hub for RTO. As RTO Request are back to origin and not some other consignee also no consignee would be interested in receiving items of some other buyers.

Fedex Choosen for above reason, reroute request due to ebay asking to stop shipment as buyer was suspicous and was suspended from ebay, nothing done from my end.Screenshots attached stating suspicious buyer and fake payment from ebay. Nothing is initiated from my end.

Fedex investigation and ebay takes the part in the investigation and upon that only refund is approved or rejected. Sellers do not have the authority to refund once item is shipped. Hope you know that?
After fedex confirmed item location and then ebay confirmed with us too before approving the refund.

Anyways, if you would had been in the league of competing too i would had considered, but never mind i leave it on the almighty.
I trust your thinking and conscience and then only i post my replies else i would had not been here today but the day all this started on the first note and had sorted out there and then only, wouldnt had let it carry on for such a long time.
