Upgraded to Infinia through Customer care…after validating that its LTF. I insist on giving some request no. They gave me last 4 digit of new card. Your previous card limit will show as 0 instantly.
Yesterday I also called Customer care they say your request is processed successfully but it was not processed. So make sure its successfully applied if applying through customer care.

I was told by my RM that the offer is old and the upgrade option was always there on net banking. Also the catch is on spend that needs to be done after upgrade eg one needs to spend 5L on Infinia in 3 months to get LTF free.
DCB still seems to have a bunch of free memberships (Prime, Zomato Pro, MMT etc etc) for spending 1.5L in first 3 months…Is there a way to buy a prepaid card close to this amount using a credit card?

I am having hdfc credit card since 15 years with current card being Regalia First and limit of 11.5L.
As my card is expiring next month, I started email with hdfc bank card support, phonebanking with request to upgrade my card.
Min Regalia First to Regalia upgrade.
I haven’t got any proper response from any channels of hdfc bank.
My Hdfc bank account was classic earlier but last year they changed to normal and also RM was not allocated.
May be RM and other extra benefits are for claasic accounts and above.
Now I have escalated to grievance team and priority redressal but I have very less hopes of any positive reply.
Meanwhile HDFC Bank has sent me renewal card with same Regalia First variant.
Please suggest how to move ahead if I want to get upgrade.
HDFC local branch persons are saying that Credit card dept is not functional right now (RBI action???) And only after it starts we can do anything.
Please share your suggestions, views.
If ur regalia first is ltf n ur getting free upgrade then its okay but if u r going with annual fee upgrade then its not the worth

why people here are creating CONFUSION and PANIC. if the annual fee is written as 0 then it is LTF otherwise it will mention fee there. And if somebody is getting bothered about the fine print below, there is no mention of DC cards there, doos that mean these are LTF. come on, It is general T&C. and if still you can’t come to the fact that this is LTF then call CC and confirm rather putting comments here like are you sure it is LTF. this thread is here from yesterday and people are still asking whether it is LTF when so many people have written is LTF. Do some research on your own and if even then you are not convinced then don’t upgrade, THIS OFFER IS NOT FOR YOU

Sounds to me this is a stock clearance of the physical cards they have lying unused since RBI stopped them from issuing new ones! Might be because they dont see an approval to start issuing new cards any time soon either…
Anyone confirmed that showing 0 but in footnote its showing 1st year free is actually LTF ?
I asked the customer care twice, but they are saying this card comes as LTF only.

Hi All, I think i have clear cut answers to all questions.
My Net banking also shows no joining fee but 10000+ST as renewal fee. I checked with my personal banker who confirmed that i have offer to upgrade to Infinia for Lifetime free. I checked with Customer care exec who also told that i have lifetime free offer.
But,
Customer care executive confused me that this offer will work only when she does it from backend and if i do from Net banking, i may have renewal fee to be paid every year as netbanking is showing that. I think CC exec is confusing me so that she gets the credits of activating the offer.
But for sure, offer is showing to HDFC employees, RM’s , CC Executives and can be availed.

Got a call from hdfc rep. He said its a life time free Infinia card. He upgraded it and OTP came on my mobile, entered it on IVR. Its done. I am going to receive the card soon. Lets see whether it is useful or not.
ALL ANSWERS:
My Netbanking shows joining fee waiver on Infinia but renewal fee of 10000+ST.
I checked with Personal banker and he updated me that i have Lifetime free offer in their system. I confirmed from Customer Care Exec who also told the same that i have Lifetime offer.
But Customer Care Exec confused me that offer will be applicable only when Customer Care Executive activates the same and Renewal fee may apply if i activate from Net banking. #Confusing.
Please double check with your RM and Customer care.
