I redeemed my points but later got to know that in Infinia 1 point is worth 70 paisa for cash redemption.
So in effect it is better NOT to redeem points before upgrade.
I have upgraded the card via NetBanking ,it is now showing zero available credit,it says new card will be dispatched to registered address now can I use old card online and offline till I activitie new card or not

Got call from rm for infinia ltf upgrade offer..I asked rm to give it in writing for" ltf without any condition" . Rm arranged email from credit card dept. So got updated on ivr with otp code.
For those who have high spending limit, hdfc net banking have facility to set limit daily and online spending to protect from any misuse of cc
5L and 8 L limite on current HDFC card for DCB and Infinia respectively. Apart from whatever Algo they are using to select the customers for upgradation.
12 lakh. Offer for infinia expired but limit enhancement to 14 lakh is still showing.
14L limit is a big deal. How long you are using HDFC credit card?
Infinia Upgrade not showing anymore. Can others please share if offer is still showing for them or expired?
I think now it is over. Now it is not showing for me to upgrade in NetBanking.

what were you waiting for> I got upgraded from diners premium to diners privilege, not much benefit but I still upgraded. Also no upgrade offer on my regalia, limit more than 9 lacs but my brother got infinia on his regalia having limit lower than me
I have started the fight with RM to get the membership fee reversal for LTF Regalia card. Its really frustrating to follow up with customer care and hdfc team.
The reversal is complete and was not a big fight which I never expected. 
GST of 450 is not getting reversed and I am trying to get that done if at all possible. Seems like bleak chances.
One additional info: HDFC is not allowed to sell any new cards now. Whatever cards they are upgrading, even though it is mentioned LTF, it will be not. There are T and Cs with minimum spend. If you dont spend that much, it will have yearly fee. Even if you have screenshot/recorded call conversations, it will not work. There is an email circulated to HDFC relationship managers from the product team to inform the customers. So, be careful and keep an eye on statements when you are reaching the 1st year mark. Bank is becoming really hopeless.
I had 5l limit on clubmiles but got privilege as upgrade and not dcb.
I think Deal expired for most of us. Who all agree?
11 years bro. Long time so 14L is not that big. Havent accepted all limit enhancements in my journey.
I have ordered the vouchers for the reward points that I had on Regalia card before accepting the upgrade offer to Diners Black. Unfortunately missed the boat now 
Any idea if we definitely missed it or just a temporary system glitch?

I think offers will keep on coming from time to time. Nothing of this sort is one time. Bank did this on purpose and would be doing it on and off, thats my understanding.

There you will see your upgraded card. Wait for delivery 
Yes…I did this…And also confirmed my card registration
And new card no. appears on home page itself…Now no trace of my old card after logging in 
You can use paisabazaar for free report every month. Or you can use cibil site for unlimited refreshes but it is paid.
Today I got SMS from the bank stating 100% RP will be credited in my infinea card. My bad luck, 90% of the points I redeemed before upgrading.
25% reward points was promised to transfer. Now bank transferred 2x points of 25% points 
That means you got 50 out of 100
still there is no sign of dispatching the new cards?

I got an upgrade email from Diners Club Premium credit card to Diners Privilege Credit Card. Logged into internet banking and its mentioned Annual fee: 0. My current Diners Club Premium credit card is lifetime free. How to confirm that upgraded card is also LTF??

first grab it, later at just before the end of the first year you can talk with customer care and then decide what to do whether to close or continue thereafter.
Whosoever upgraded and want to make sure it’s ltf if you have not received card just click on card change transfer in NetBanking your new card will be registered then go to redeem rewards points.
Under my reward click on spend promo details there you will see 12txn ltf target as 0
I only see “View Reward History” under “My Rewards”.

Infact credit limit… All old transactions can be seen under the new card’s head…
Does this mean I need to spend 75k (Diners privilege) for getting free memberships within 90 days from today….Or will it be 90 days from the date card upgrade request was made???
