Amazon - Unable to place COD order when price of the product is less than Amazon Pay Balance

Any body facing this issue?

When I click Buy Now button then there COD option is enabled…

When I follow traditional method… That is when I click Add to cart button and try to do check out… Then there is frozen cod option and the frozen UPI option which says “uncheck Amazon Pay Balance to use UPI” even though Amazon Pay Balance is unchecked… So this is the bug… Even Amazon Pay Balance unchecked some bug asking us to uncheck again (which we can’t do as Amazon Pay Balance already unchecked) to use UPI and Cod…

I am using android app… ISSUE IN SITE AS WELL..

Is this is the case earlier as well?
First time placing COD… But their support is useless… They just saying cod disabled in my account due to an issue with ur earlier cod order… Fun part is this is my cod order…
