cashback not showing on payment page in case amazon shopping voucher used to make payment. But showing for other payment method....is it with everyone? will i get cb if i place order using apay shopping gv?

I paid electricity bill just using upi..it did not show cashback on payment page but i received it

Unless the offer T&C say "Amazon UPI", Amazon Pay balance or Amazon GVs both work the same way for goods purchases though Amazon GVs won't show the cashback.
