Complaint against Timtara

My order no. is #10299544. I ordered a micromax mobile phone from Timtara 31st July 2012 but they failed to deliver it within the given timeline.
I have tried calling them since the promised date but I am tired of getting same reply from them that their seniors are busy at that moment and could not talk to me. They always say that they are going to deliver the product within 1-2 days. Finally I asked them for a refund but I still haven’t received any confirmation on that.
