Friends i have applied for icici mmt cc through internet banking. Recieved call from customer care next day, which was not clear at all. All I can here after 3 min conversation was that my card is approved but I have to visit branch as I have not provided official email ID. Branch people saying i have to apply again.
Status shows Document collection in progress
It’s already 20 days since I applied. What to do next? Any suggestion for preventing it from getting rejected.

PS- ICICI CC customer care has been fired i guess. No response, called 5 times.

Does stores like More-Megastore / DMart (or any such supermarkets) count as in departmental/grocery stores ? I mean will we get benefits from SimplySave ?

2.will i get 2.5% back,if i buy stationery,kids clothes&cheppal,steel plastic items etc,which are available in d-mart,
i mean is this 2.5% on overall purchases or only on groceries?
