Tu toh kar bhai, humein contribute nahi karna.
24/7 hona chaiye
more work !=(not equal) more money.
Pay will remain same only companies will profit and work life balance is wrecked.
Seems he doesn't know the pain of people working 11-12 hrs/day but dont get paid for overtime
Most people wont prefer such long hours. Instead many want to work only 6-7 hrs/day.
Some people may still work for 11-12 hrs/day if appropriate compensation is provided.
The only point I liked is people should work in 3 shifts to increase the productivity and get faster results specially in infra development.
Continuous operations can accelerate project timelines.
It allows better utilization of resources, equipment & site facilities.
However it demands significant physical and mental efforts from people.
mr. murthy achieved big by following this routine.
i don't think he is wrong in suggesting 70hrs work culture for india.
Ha bhai bilkul 70 to kam hai km se km 90 hours hona chye
It's different to be a CEO or PM and work for 70 hrs with 100 assistants moving around you to open the doors for you, to carry your baggage, official servants at Company expense to work at your home, chauffeur driven vehicles & holidays at Company expense
More work => More Money => More pain
It will spoil our health at some age.
I did spent sleepless nights in my early days. at the age of 40's the health problems will start. Just money will not help in that time.
paji if u dont mind then can u share ur experience?
Salaried employees are already doing the greatest charity that anyone can do : - paying nearly 50% of income as taxes. These rich guys donate like few percentage points of their ( enormous ) wealth and think that the world should work according to their view point.
As per some reports, he is lobbying for president of India nomination
It's very common to work 70+Hrs in business, start-ups entrepreneurship but I don't see why I/anyone would put that much effort on someones business unless the employer is really taking care of them.
On a sidenote, I use to work 12Hrs+ daily (overall 2hr breaktime) at early start of my career (plus my employer demands min. 10Hrs daily) at very basic pay around 2L/yr back in 2014/15 but I took that in positive way & learned so much earned my place in corporate ladder. I can finally say it paid me off in 2021 when I'm in 30% bracket.
But today everyone have different perception of work timing & work culture. With social media, network & affiliate marketing its easy money with less Hrs if you automate.
Also, can't even blame corporates since labour is available at dirt cheap prices due to overpopulation.
Security guard kind of job
He always speaks controversial though I believe his intentions are good.
That Kareena attitude thing also 'unwanted comment' in public
