New kotak RuPay IOCL credit card received (card is still not fully live in kotak website)

This card was reflecting on kotak online application process on 6th and 7th Dec ...i applied on 6th Dec through bank representative in kotak mobile app on 6th Dec.

I have applied for kotak iocl card last week and received, i have cancelled my existing card to apply this variant. It shows 0 joining fee and 499 annual fee on banner , but for my crn it showed life time free after I logged in. Its ltf for selected users it seems

Can anyone who is using the card confirm if you are really getting the 4% Cashback as reward points on all IOCL outlets or only select outlets? I have recently got my card. I filled fuel a few days ago at an IOCL pump but haven’t gotten any reward points yet. Seen someone say that it is only applicable for IOCL own pumps and not franchises but I’m not sure how that works.

Those who got the card, they get LTF card. Yes, annual charges showing when applied but they got LTF card.

Note - I think annual charges will apply after card will official launch. Currently, this card is still on beta testing and beta testing user got LTF Card.

I am currently holding a kotak League Visa credit card. I have placed a request to convert my credit card to Rupay credit card. Initially they offered to convert it to Urban Gold Rupay credit card but I told them that I want Indian oil Rupay credit card. Waiting for their approval.
