I was hoping for a positive response w.r.t. LTF approval as I had sent my request before the last date but no luck there.
Is this card given as an additional card or only an upgrade is allowed?
I currently have an LTF Millennia and with this offer set to end on the 27th, I sent an email asking if I would be eligible.
Being self employed I can declare less income and pay less tax. I make use of 44AD because of which I can only show 6% of gross receipts as income. I do have my degree certificate though. What shall I do when they ask for ITR as it’s very less lol.

You should get. I had DCP with 318000 limit. They asked my salary slip to make limit 5lakh and then upgraded to dcb. Yours is already 5lakh, so they should directly upgrade. Best of luck.
If we use HDFC diners card for insurance payment, will that be considered in annual spend limit to waive off the annual charges?
Yes, it will be counted towards milestone benefits and annual charges waiver as well.
Vu n Kg. Finally my LTF diner privileged card upgraded to LTF DCB through this offer. Earlier they have denied.
For Domestic/International lounge access, we can use this card directly (instead of any PP thing) right?

Try retaining both although diners black is much better. Unlimited lounge access is n.a. in regalia business. Reward points on retails spends is less in regalia business.
Business regalia may be useful if you have high business/ tax spends, for milestone benefits
