Motherboard for i3 12th generation

Kindly suggest me motherboard
I have DDR4 16Gb Corsair RAM 3200MHz
Crucial 500Gb NVme SSD PCIe

My local vendor provided me Gigabyte H610M S2 V2 DDR4, which does not have HDMI port.
I have a LG widescreen monitor.

Vendor suggesting me to buy a cheap gfx card. And for meantime he provided with a VGA to HDMI converter. Its supporting max resolution upto 1980x1024, which puts strain on my eyes.
As i3 121000 already having UHD 730 graphic, I am thinking to buy a basic entry level DDR4 mobo with HDMI support.
I think it will be wasting to buy cheap gfx card just for HDMI port

Please suggest me a entry level DDR4 mobo having LGA 1700 socket. It must have HDMI port. Wifi support is not must. But desirable . Budget 6-7k max 8k.

Gigabyte H610M H V2 DDR4 it has hdmi vga dvi maybe costs 200 more than ur model, i also bought this model for 7k back in may

Even I would suggest getting cheap used gfx rather than changing mobo. What would you do with old mobo anyway? Sell it for discount? Instead get a gfx card which will always be better in long term.
