[SOLVED]Need help with BOB snapdeal credit card application

I have initiated a credit card apply process but my application is stuck at the last stage. All my details are filled, credit inquiry is done, credit limit of 63000 is also approved but at last stage where I need to upload photograph and id proof application is stuck. After uploading mentioned size and file type photo and id proof when I click on submit & proceed nothing happens.

Even though they have mentioned pdf allowed but still giving error for pdf file only jpg and png allowed.
I tried just now jpg successfully uploaded an application submitted.
