Need my third SBI credit card

Hi all, I was holding three SBI CCs Simplyclick, SBI Ola card and SBI BPCL card, but in June 2023 I closed my BPCL card due to annual fee and SBI team rejected my request for annual fee waiver. But this BPCL card is still reflecting in my SBI account and now I tried to apply for my third card and it got declined - tried for Paytm SBI and also for SBI Cashback card.

Can anyone confirm why my BPCL card which I closed is still reflecting in my SBI account though that card is blocked and I am not able to perform transactions ? Also how can I get my third SBI credit card ?

I closed my simpliclick in 2019 still shows up in app and cc says it's gonna be automatic.... Sbi has 3 catagory now for members .. if u spend low u r gonna be in low catagory and neither fee waiver or Ltf request will happen and if u spend some amount u r gonna be in mid catagory and u r gonna be eligible for fee waiver and if u spend high u r gonna be in high catagory and on request ur cards gonna become LTF.

For high category do they consider ltf request if 1 year not completed?

I have SimplyClick and Titanium card. Looking for BPCL, as SBI will allow one co-branded card.

But when I applied in sprint last time, it got rejected automatically.

What are the options to get the 3rd co-branded SBI card?
