Not Delivered prodeuct even after 1month of time span

I have ordered mobile phone (Order #10302086) on 05-08-2012. Logged complaint and got response that it will deliver on 27-08-2012(After 22 days of order).
Still I am ok with that. But I haven’t received my order yet. I have called support number a lot and they just forwarded my complaint. Also, I am expecting that someone should contact me within 24-48 hours but no one contact me regarding delay in the product delivery.
Still whenever called customer care they are just forwarding my complaint and they have not even bother to call.
Not sure how they are ranked in top 10 for customer staisfaction
