What happens when Amazon, Flipkart like giant e-commerce companies ban/block your Account.

I am creating this thread to understand what happens when popular merchants block your account.
Kindly share your and your friend personal experience only , don't guess.
I am interested in merchants like Amazon, Flipkart, Zomato, Swiggy etc.
Kindly answer these questions for every merchant.
1. What are the potential reasons for an account being blocked?2. Is it possible to recover a blocked account?
3. What happens to existing orders when an account is blocked?
4. What happens to recently purchased gift cards or the balance of gift cards that have not yet been used in an order if an account is blocked? Will the funds be transferred to a bank account or will they expire after a year? ( Flipkart, Amazon)
5. Can current or past invoices be downloaded?

Op forget these questions if ur genuine means u should not be re-seller/use it for commercial purpose thats it
There is an way to unblock your Flipkart account.If you have flipkart axis card on that card just raise a service request to change your mobile no and that no shoud be your blocked flipkart account mobile no. After updating the axis bank side your flipkart account will be unblocked.

Flipkart account got banned as I ordered 3 mobile phones. These were genuine purchases for my family but they never listened.
I had 20rs in gc Balance. Lost the money.
Super coins were redeemed from Myntra.
3 years and they still didn't unblock the account.
Some orders were dispatched from my account. They were attempted for delivery as usual but I refused to accept.
So, they don't give any kind of warning, they just straightaway ban the account based on just a single incident ?

It was long time ago now now.
Did try from various aspects. Called Amazon US customer service as well. Nothing happened, so gave up.
My amazon account got blocked in 2016 I think.
It had $300-500 in the US account and some ₹10k in Indian.
I bought multiple items that time from this account, hence they blocked it stating commercial usage.
Was not able to get it unblocked. Money lost. Had a US seller account, that too gone.
Created a new account and never used it to buy bulk items from amazon again.
So, did you try to fight with them to get the gift balance, or do you accepted your fate? One should consider threatening them to take this matter to consumer forum, as 10k is not a small amount.
You should had also emailed to nodal offer.
Swiggy:
1. I asked them to block my account, because I though that then they may refund my money because order was incomplete. But instead of refund , they blocked my account as I requested.
2. Not at all possible.

4. It happened in 2019 at that time there was nothing like swiggy money, so I have no idea
5. Not possible.

Most of the users whose accounts get blocked have actually violated their terms but do not admit it openly. A very small number of genuine users also suffer before because of the misuse and fraudulent behaviour of large number of users. Due to the scale involved and its economics, it is not possible for these e-commercial companies to examine each and every case in detail with personalized attention. They deploy automated bots and softwares to detect & block misuse, which sometimes incorrectly flag genuine users wherein it may not be possible to convince the customer care due to lack of personalized attention. Some of the possible actions which may result -in flagging as misuse:
(1) Too many orders in a short duration
(2) Orders of unsually large quantity
(3) Ordering to multiple addresses in different cities.
(4) Too many returns
(5) Logging in to App with multiple accounts in the same device
(6) Taking benefits of coupon code bugs and loopholes
