My credit card is rejected by IndusInd and got following reply from credit card head after escalation
- We wish to inform you that your credit card application got rejected due to CIBIL Rules Failed based on cibilsurrogatecibilrulesascorerule -ccmlsurrogatescoregv should be >= 41 and nullccibilscore >= 700 but here ccmlsurrogatescoregv is 35.
- The application is rejected due to failure of CIBIL rules.
- Hence, we are unable to offer our Credit Card to you.

That I understood, but is it fetched from CIBIL or IndusInd own criteria is I wanted to know and hence the post so that any IndusInd employee or any bank employee can explain

That's just a piece of code, out of context. It is not supposed to be visible to the end user(you),
It is intended to be read and executed to pull data and craft an automated message for you, which your bank system failed to do properly.
