worst site ever experienced

Timtara is the worst site I have ever seen. You order the product, but neither get the product nor the amoung is refunded. And you will just keep on calling to the customer care number who has nothing to to do than to escalate the issue to fucking backend staff.
Check this order still in payment refund pending state past 3 months:
