Adani One Loyalty Program Tiers, Benefits & How to Join

Adani One has launched a free, spend-based tier system (Classic, Silver and Gold) on its Adani Rewards Programme effective from 1st November 2026. The Classic tier is free for all and the Silver tier unlocks at ₹3000 of airport spending. The highest tier, Gold, unlocks at ₹15,000 and promises max savings of ₹65,000 per year. If you have ever visited an Adani-operated airport, mostly the Ahmedabad or Mumbai T1, you might or might not have been forced to install the Adani One app😏. In either case, you are mostly aware of the app. Now the good news is you can earn rewards for any airport spends you make via the Adani One app. In this article, we will be sharing all that we know about the Adani One loyalty program, how to join, how it works, Adani One membership benefits and more.

Let’s first get the basics. What is even the Adani One Loyalty Program?

The Adani One loyalty program also known as Adani Rewards is operated and managed by Adani Digital Labs Limited (ADL) on the Adani OneApp. Effective 1st November 2026, Adani Loyalty Membership will let users earn special perks for their airport spends.

Adani in its official T&C says:

Fulfilled purchases made through Adani OneApp for eligible airport categories, including Food & Beverages, Dine & Pay, Retail, Duty Free, Lounge, Parking, Cabs, Pranaam and Porter, will qualify.

Bill payments, flight bookings, hotel bookings and other non-airport services will not qualify unless expressly stated in the App.

The benefits are rewarded on the basis of the airport spends made - Classic tier is the standard (free), Silver tier requires ₹3000 airport spend and Gold tier requires ₹15,000 airport spends.

Following are some of the key details about the Adani One Membership benefits, different tiers, required spends, lounge access and more:

• Adani One membership doesn’t require you to manually join the loyalty program. The company says that users get automatically enrolled upon fulfilling tier-based spends.

• Just download the Adani One app and register with your mobile number.

• You’re automatically enrolled in Adani Rewards as a Classic member.

• You may already have Silver or Gold tier if you have been regularly using the Adani One app before the Nov 1st 2026 date. Adani reportedly gave early tiers to users with past app or digital invoice purchases, so check your current tier in the app.

• Shop through the app or share your number at the counter. For purchases at airport outlets, give your registered mobile number or show your Rewards QR before billing so the spend is linked to your account.

• If you’ve shopped both on the app and offline using the same mobile number, Adani treats it as one account, so your spends add up.

• Find your benefits under “My Coupons” in the app once you’re upgraded.

• Adani One Membership can’t be shared or transferred, and the account can get blocked if linked to duplicate profiles, resale or fake invoices.

Note: Adani Rewards members will not be eligible to earn Adani Reward Points on the amount paid for Travel Insurance and Zero Cancellation Insurance on Flight booking (Domestic/International).

The Adani One membership specifically rewards airport spends only so it’s important for you to know what the eligible spends are. As mentioned previously, Adani One official FAQs says:

Eligible transactions include Adani OneApp transactions and Digital invoice transactions linked to your mobile number for:

• Food & Beverage

• Dine & Pay

• Duty Free

• Lounge

• Parking

• Pranaam

• Porter

• Cab bookings

Note: Do note that offline purchases are only considered if a digital invoice is generated.

Spends that are not eligible are bill payments, flight bookings, hotel bookings and other non-airport services ( unless expressly stated in the App ).

That was all about sharing the details about the Adani One rewards membership program, tiers, benefits, eligibility, joining process and pretty much anything else you need to know. 

In an earlier report of the Adani Airport Holdings, the company said that the Adani One app crossed 5 million members in about 10 months, as reported on 13 July 2026. That was around the same time, a tier-based model was “planned later this year”, which is now this launch. It’s available at Adani’s 8 airports, Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Lucknow, Mangaluru, Guwahati and Thiruvananthapuram.

Coming back to the Adani One membership rewards, it seems like more than half of Gold’s value is Pranaam meet & greet and that’s something that users can consider if that really makes a difference for them. On the flip side though, some users seem to have found a “loophole” of spending ₹2 for lounge access to receive ₹1500 of spending.
